• Payment Info: processed securely by our payment processors (we do not store      full card numbers).
• Inferences: cuisine and product preferences inferred from past orders.
• Sensitive Personal Information: limited to payment details handled by processors      and precise delivery location (if provided).

• Pickup: Arrive during the designated window; hot food is best enjoyed promptly.

Allergens

Food is prepared in shared kitchens where allergens may be present. Cross-contact can occur. Contact us before ordering if you have dietary restrictions.

User Conduct

No unlawful or disruptive activity is permitted on our site.

All site content is owned by Ono Eatz, LLC or licensors. No use without permission.

Liability Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is.” Our liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid for your order or $100.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in California courts unless otherwise required.

Standard Orders

• Change/Cancel: Contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order at info@onoeatz.com or      (530) 683-7552.
• After 5 Minutes: Preparation begins immediately; refunds may not be possible.
• Order Issues: Report missing, incorrect, or quality issues within 24 hours. Provide your order number and details (photos may be requested). We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
• No-Show for Pickup: Orders not picked up within the designated time may not be eligible for refund.

Delivery Issues

We’re not responsible for delays beyond our control. For third-party delivery, their policies apply.

Catering or Large Orders

May require deposits. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may forfeit deposits or incur costs.
